Breast Cancer Therapies: Any suggestions?

Well, I am finally about to switch away from Tamoxifen and start using Femara, tomorrow. I have been on Tamoxifen for 15 months and now switching to Femara, since I'm post menopausal. I know that both drugs have bad side effects...

I'm really concerned about switching to a different drug and or possibly considering not taking either one of them. 

I had a lumpectomy May 2008, and the pathology report said Invasive Ductal Carcinoma, Grade 2, score 1 & Micro metastatic tumor in 2 out of 5 lymph nodes.  I had 7 weeks of radiation and did not take (4) treatments of chemo. I was Estrogen Receptor (ER)+ and Progesterone Receptor (PR)+.

So any input on to taking Femara instead of Tamoxifen?
